Another Kind of Intelligence
ALI R IZEDI
I knew from a young age that I was greatly motivated by physical activities and sports. It was only recently that I discovered this was actually a kind of intelligence. Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence was introduced by Howard Gardner, a Harvard university professor, who gave the world the nine multiple intelligences model. This intelligence involves how well someone controls, uses, develops their body in terms of physical activity and/or fine motor skills.
Today, I am fortunate enough to do what I love and skilled at, full time. Not only for my own health and well-being, but also to assist others through 1-1 and group exercise sessions. My style is eclectic, combining a number of different styles and strategies to leverage the most up to date and effective physical movements routines.
Exercise doesn’t take time.
It gives you more time.
Throughout my journey, I have had two main elements flowing through my professional veins: sales and athletics. For the majority of my career, I led successful sales teams across the USA, simultaneously developing my physical strength and endurance through various sports, established physical activity initiatives as well as ones that I have developed myself. My main purpose today is to empower the future generation to strengthen their wellbeing and progress towards their potential through the integration of mind/body growth and development.
